Trawled by a fishing boat in Tawiwan. This specimen is commonly known as the Asian Flame Volute.

An oblong-fusiform shell is a tan coloured shell with zigzagged longitudinal chestnut lines. The spire is moderately elongated.

The shell is graded Fine+ due to some nacre loss on the spire and a growthy dorusm.
