This glossy volute was found while night diving in 16 metres of water at Point Boilingstroke at Ayre Penninsula, South Australia. A cream shell with an apricot aperture and a line of distinct brown dots on the whorls.

The shell carries some weight for it's size. It is graded Fine++/Fine+++ due to a minor rough lip.
