Collected by a local fisherman in the 1970's from a sandy bottom 54 metres of water off the Rio Grande Do Sul Coast in Brazil.

From an old collection, The shell is heavy and mature with a super thick lip. Apricot in colour with rounded nodules to the shoulder and a perfect white protoconch.

Graded Fine + due to heavy dorsal growth irregularities.
